There is no need to buy quality at high prices. With Lotus Fontana you will make sustainable savings to your household allowance, as well as saving yourself the struggle of carrying heavy water bottles from the supermarket to your home.
Despite low prices we do not make savings with efficiency, which we can prove through a test undertaken by an independent institute under the strictest conditions.
In order to test the level of efficiency of our water filters, specially polluted water was used, by adding harmful substances of both organic and inorganic nature such as nitrate, heavy metals and Potassium hydrogen phthalate.
As expected, the analysis showed that Lotus Fontana and Lotus One/ESPRIT “is able to effectively remove harmful substances in the water without completely de-mineralising it.”
If you would like to know more details about this test, please take a look at the analysis report (attached below).
Some notes to clarify the report:
LOD stands for limit of determination, referring to the measuring instruments used.
PAH stands for Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, which primarily get into ground water and tap water as decomposition products of pesticides.
DOC means dissolved organic carbon. This includes hormones, antibiotics and other organic compounds.
